Over the past few months, my journey within the “Mi Ni Munoma” mentorship program has been incredibly enriching.

Since 2014, Uncle Lawi has been dedicated to a single mission: empowering individuals to reach their full potential. As the Founder of TAYA Coaches and Mentors , he specializes in guiding Boys through the journey from preteen to young adulthood, offering age-specific programs designed for every stage of growth.
As a Coach, Lawi is passionate about Intentional Living . He supports clients in mastering Personal Development and Financial Management, constantly evolving his approach to stay at the forefront of the Coaching Landscape.
Beyond Coaching and Mentoring, Lawi serves as an Officer of the Kenya Defence Forces. When not serving as an Officer with the Ministry of Defence, Lawi is an avid reader and culinary enthusiast. He believes that every great book offers a lesson for life, many of which he has distilled into his upcoming book, The Weight Worth The Wake . Whether through his leadership in the military or his mentorship at TAYA, Lawi is committed to helping others navigate their own paths with purpose and discipline.
